Processing time

When you submit your order, we verify it within 24 hours to ensure that we have your accurate information. We then forward that information to our warehouse. The warehouse processes the order, making sure that the quality and quantity of the items being packaged are in line with your order.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. When the package is handed over to the carrier for shipping, it usually takes  8 - 14 business days. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, shipping time may take longer than expected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing shipping information so you can track your order until it is delivered. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

REFUNDS

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
